I am very proud to be as the principal of J/ Methodist Girls’ High School by saying some congratulatory words at the regenerate of the official website of our school. As an alumni of MGHS myself, I thank god to given me this opportunity to serve in our school. God has given me grace as an alumnus of the school.
Methodist missionary has scarified a lot and found our school in 1823. We are reaping the fruits of their hard labour in establishing our school. It is one of the leading girls’ schools in the Northern Province.
It is a national platform for participating in education and connectivity. The future of the nation depends on the development of her children. New knowledge and skills are important for the twenty first century. The school plays a major role in human resource development and progress. Our far-sighted to be happy, caring and stimulating environment where children achieve their fullest potential to render their best contribution to the society in future.
We not only provide opportunities in class room teaching, but also in sports, student parliament activities, girls guiding, clubs and student unions.
With the help of God and also the Ministry of Education, alumni organisations and our teachers, we will travel upward towards the light.
