Alumni Association Australia

Established in 2003.

Objectives 

1. To uphold and maintain the traditions of the Alma Mater.
2. To foster and maintain fellowship amongst the past pupils of MGHS, Point Pedro, Sri Lanka.
3. To assist students at MGHS, Point Pedro in maintaining and improving the standards set in the past.
4. To establish and maintain links with similar Associations of Past Pupils of MGHS in other states of Australia and in other parts of the world.
5. To associate with other past pupils Associations of the schools in the Northern part of Sri Lanka, with similar objectives, based in Sydney.
6. To assist the past pupils migrating from Sri Lanka to settle and integrate into the Australian Society.

 Operative Period

1^st July – 30^th June

Membership

a) Membership shall be open to all past students, teachers and non-tutorial staff of MGHS now resident in Australia.

b) Categories of Members and Membership Fees:

• • Ordinary Members

The annual subscription for ordinary members shall be $10.00 per member.

• • Life Members

The life membership shall be $100.00 per member.
